So the season when it's okay to wear head-to-toe white is apparently here. Looking out of the window this morning, it looks like it's going to be a glorious day here in London town. You'd think it'd be the perfect opportunity to raid the wardrobe for that ultimate summery outfit. However in my case, I can never seem to push the boundaries of summer dressing when still in the UK. It just doesn't feel right to be scantily clad here, even if we're in the midst of a heatwave.
Nevertheless, I do think that the colour white should still be part of my "at home" summer wardrobe. There's often nothing better than a gorgeous floaty white top teamed with jeans & ballet flats, converse trainers or flip flops (delete as appropriate). It's just a shame that I haven't quite found that perfect white floaty top yet...
So in my quest for lovely white pieces I found these gems...
For those of you imminently heading for sunnier climes, feel free to wear them all together. Me, I'll probably just be tentatively throwing on a white vest (come to think of it I actually only own one white vest) under a black cardigan!
